Our Mission

Computer Solutions provide a full complement of computer services targeted toward small businesses. Small businesses have a particular set of needs which Computer Solutions are uniquely qualified to satisfy. We are an ON-SITE service, which means that business owners need not worry about the hassle and loss of productivity associated with bringing a computer to a service center.

We provide outstanding computer services when you need it at a reasonable cost. There are no maintenance contracts or service agreements - just call us when you need us. In most cases we provide same day service and we're available for assistance at any time by cell phone or email. We provide ON-SITE computer services and do NOT have trip charges for clients located in our territory.

The hourly rate for our established business clients is $90 per hour which includes free phone support up to a reasonable limit, and free email support. If we can answer a question or resolve a problem through a phone call, we do, for FREE! This is just another example of the many computer services that we offer our established clients!

Response times are dependent on workload; however our established business clients get first priority and crisis requests will be handled with urgency.

The advantage for your company in using our services is that you have a team of specialists that can participate in providing solutions.

We also welcome the opportunity to bid on projects on a case-by-case basis as requested by our established business clients.

The best way to become an established business client and allow us to provide our best service to your company is to hire us to baseline all your computers. What this means is that we will analyze and perform our 40-step procedure, install a suite of programs that we recommend for security, and perform any other maintenance to bring each of your computers up to a standard level of performance and protection.
